I have lived in Soulard for 12 years. I moved to this side of the neighborhood in May 2021 and I enjoy it so much more. It is more quiet, the amenities are amazing, they have gatherings so you can fellowship with your neighbors, and our security is the best hands-down. Aurdie and his crew definitely make sure you understand they are looking out for everyone in the building and anything on the outside perimeters. As a single female, this is comforting.

Great apartment complex. No noise between apartments. Amenities are great and kept in good condition. Staff sets up events for residents frequently. Definitely would recommend to friends.
